We are a General Contractor for commercial construction that is family owned and operated.
We are looking for self-driven candidates with a willingness to learn that are able to multi-task in an upbeat business team environment. Accounting Clerk will provide day to day support to the Accounting team with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. The role will work under the direction and oversight of the Accounting Manager.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounting Manager in monthly closings
- Heavy data entry
- Input payables into construction software
- Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Review and enter invoices, process and enter customer payments, and make deposits
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned
No experience necessary-but exposure to basic accounting & bookkeeping is preferred. Basic Excel & Computer Skills Required.
College Degree Preferred
